Abstract The objective of this study was to assess the regulatory framework for health data in Indonesia order understand policy context and explore possibility expanding adoption implementation FAIR Guidelines, which state that should be Findable, Accessible, Interoperable Reusable (FAIR), Indonesia. Although Guidelines were not explicitly mentioned any documents relevant Indonesian digital sector, six out eight analysed contained Equivalent principles.
